Emergency, liberati a Kabul i tre operatori "In Italia nelle prossime ore"
ANSA, ROMA - I tre operatori italiani di Emergency arrestati a Kabul sono stati rilasciati. Secondo quanto rende noto la stessa organizzazione, si stanno dirigendo verso l'ambasciata italiana a Kabul. Il ministro degli Esteri, Franco Frattini, ha espresso il suo "vivo compiacimento per la positiva conclusione" della vicenda che aveva condotto sabato scorso al fermo dei tre medici italiani a Lashkar-gah, nella provincia di Helmand. Lo si apprende alla Farnesina.
"Abbiamo ottenuto quello che era il nostro obiettivo prioritario, e cioé la libertà per i nostri connazionali senza mettere in discussione la nostra posizione di ferma solidarietà con le istituzioni afghane e la coalizione internazionale".
Lo ha detto il ministro degli Esteri Franco Frattini, commentando la liberazione dei tre operatori di Emergency. Il rilascio dei tre cooperanti di Emergency a Kabul "é il risultato dell'intensa azione condotta dalla diplomazia italiana che ha agito con straordinaria professionalità e discrezione, nel rispetto delle istituzioni afghane che l'Italia e la comunità internazionale stanno aiutando a crescere".
"Vorrei condividere le nostre felicitazioni, in particolare con i familiari dei tre italiani con cui mi sono anche personalmente tenuto in contatto in questi giorni, che ho tenuto subito ad informare degli sviluppi positivi odierni e di cui ho sinceramente apprezzato il comportamento responsabile tenuto in questi giorni difficili per tutti". Lo ha detto il ministro degli Esteri, Franco Frattini, commentando il rilascio dei tre cooperanti di Emergency che erano stati arrestati sabato scorso in Afghanistan. "Ringrazio tutti coloro che hanno contribuito alla soluzione positiva del caso", ha aggiunto il titolare della Farnesina.
